Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting enquiries into premium memberships, managing leads, maintaining accurate data, and supporting client relationship processes. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience in the matrimonial domain and can deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into paying clients by promoting Match Aura’s premium services.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

• Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors promptly.

• Coordinate with matchmaking and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Generate sales reports, performance summaries, and required documentation.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any stream).

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in matrimonial industry sales is mandatory.

• Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
