Job Summary: The Home Loan Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential customers via phone to generate leads, explain home loan products, and guide them through the initial stages of the loan application process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or through lead generation activities.
Product Explanation: Clearly and accurately explain various home loan products, their features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to potential customers.
Lead Qualification & Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers interested in home loans, understanding their needs and financial situation. Generate new leads through effective telecalling.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, address their queries and concerns regarding home loans, and provide tailored solutions.
Application Guidance: Guide customers through the initial steps of the home loan application process, including collecting necessary information and scheduling follow-ups.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and encourage conversions.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and lead conversion.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and a seamless customer experience.
Market Awareness: Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and new home loan products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: 12th Pass or higher. A Bachelor's degree in finance or business is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (and local language if required for the specific location) with a clear, confident, and polite tone.
Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer needs, concerns, and objections to provide appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand home loan products, policies, and processes. Prior experience in home loan sales or mortgage is a significant advantage.
