Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.
1–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or financial product sales (preferably fintech or subscription-based).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong target orientation and ability to work under performance-based goals.
Familiarity with trading, investing, or financial products will be a plus.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
