Job Summary:
We are looking for a B2C Sales Executive with strong communication skills and calling experience. The ideal candidate should have worked in direct-to-consumer (B2C) roles, preferably with UK clients. You will be responsible for making calls, generating leads, and supporting daily sales operations.
What You’ll Do:
·      Make outbound calls to potential customers
·      Explain products or services clearly and answer queries
·      Convert leads into sales and meet daily/monthly targets
·      Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system
·      Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
·      Prepare reports on lead status and sales performance
·      Guide junior team members when needed
·      Stay informed about company products and market trends
What We’re Looking for:
·      Fresher to 5 years of experience in B2C sales or Tele sales
·      Strong spoken English and communication skills
·      Must have previous calling experience
·      Experience with UK customers is preferred
·      Skilled in handling objections and closing sales
·      Comfortable using CRM tools
·      Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Education:
·      Minimum qualification: HSC pass
·      Graduate degree is a plus but not mandatory
