About the Job:
Managing CVM campaigns—calls/emails for product offers, account reactivations,
customer outreach for upselling/cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute outbound (via phone, SMS, email)
Explain banking products/services clearly to customers
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-up
Qualification:
HSC (12th pass) or Graduate
freshers
Shift Time: 9: 30am to 6:30pm
Week Off: Sunday fixed off
