Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels (calls, site visits, referrals, etc.)
Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Stay updated with current real estate trends, market rates, and competitor activities
Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
Required Skills:

Proven sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial)
