Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow compliance and company policies in all interactions.
Requirements:
Graduation / 12th pass with relevant experience.
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer acquisition.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
