We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our growing organization Hungry Q Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue, expanding our customer base, and promoting a range of consumer products.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential B2B customers to promote and sell FMCG products.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the portfolio.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, or referrals.Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate records in the CRM system.Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients for repeat business.Handle customer objections, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfilment.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities.Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the FMCG industry).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
