Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers: Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and close sales for banking products and services.
Sell banking products: Explain the benefits of various products (deposits, loans, investments, etc.) and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Cross-sell and up-sell: Identify opportunities to sell additional products to existing customers.
Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Meet sales targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
Compliance and regulatory awareness: Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance guidelines.
Record interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.
Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication is crucial for building relationships and explaining products.
Sales experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry, is often preferred.
