Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inhouse Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves managing client inquiries, handling in-office sales activities, building customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Handling:
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Manage in-house client relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and negotiation.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert them into successful deals.
- Business Development Support:
Coordinate with the marketing team to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
Suggest new strategies to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain and update sales records, invoices, and client databases.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Skills:
• Graduate in Business/Marketing or related.
• Good communication & sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM.
• Energetic, proactive & target-driven.
Experience: 02 to 03 years
Timings: 09:30 am to 07:00 pm (Mon to Sat)
Salary: As per interview
