We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Giva Health. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹32000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling Weight Loss product, Diabetes product, Herb Product, Hair Loss.

• Call customers daily and explain about the weight loss product.

• Confirm customer details like name, address, and order quantity.

• Convince customers to make online payment before order dispatch.

• Maintain follow-ups with customers until order is successfully delivered.

• Handle NDR calls – contact customers if parcel is undelivered.

• Handle RTO calls – confirm with customers to avoid product returns.

• Keep proper record of calls, orders, payments, and follow-ups.

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat sales

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
