Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
Generate, manage, and convert leads in the sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Stay aware of competitors, industry updates, and market conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualification: 12th/Graduation
6 months - 2 years of experience in sales/Telesales.
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided).
