Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients (NGOs, alumni associations, political organizations) through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research.
Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via personalized emails, cold calls, and social media outreach to introduce EleanorCare.ai and understand their needs.
Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on their organizational structure, fundraising challenges, and potential fit for our software.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead interactions in our CRM system.
Meeting Scheduling: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team (initially the founder).
Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence, including feedback from prospects, competitive insights, and industry trends, to help refine our sales and marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and lead quality.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices, fundraising trends, and updates to the EleanorCare.ai platform.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to enter sales will also be considered.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Proactive & Resilient: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy, and the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or zoho-crm), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
Research Skills: Strong ability to research and identify key decision-makers and relevant information about target organizations.
Curiosity: Genuine interest in understanding the challenges faced by non-profits and fundraising organizations.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
