We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding services
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers
Negotiate rates and service agreements in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory)
1–2 years of sales experience specifically in the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings
