Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding customers, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard customers by collecting required documents and executing necessary agreements.
Collect repayments and educate customers on credit benefits and the importance of timely repayment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sellers, and ground teams.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal departments and anchor teams to ensure successful product placement.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and borrowers throughout their journey.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Good knowledge of credit and repayment processes is an advantage.
Team player with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Experience: 0–3 years in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles (experience in financial services or lending preferred).
