Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic freshers to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will connect with potential students, explain program details, and drive enrollments for our healthcare and life science training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
Counsel and guide students on suitable healthcare and life science courses.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads on the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding and support.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Good listening skills with a student-centric approach.
Basic MS Office / CRM tools knowledge is a plus.
Interest in healthcare education and clinical research sectors.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in Life Sciences (preferred) or any related discipline.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales/counseling is an advantage.
