The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, managing customer relationships, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Explain the features and benefits of the products/services.

• Answer customer questions and address any concerns.

• Convert inquiries into sales and meet/exceed daily and monthly targets.

• Maintain and update customer databases and records.

• Follow up on previous calls and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies.

• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
