The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with social media platforms. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and helping them plan memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote domestic and international travel packages.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about tours, offers, and services.

• Maintain customer databases and update records using basic computer applications.

• Effectively communicate travel options, offers, and benefits to customers.

• Use social media knowledge to support lead generation and customer engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Follow up with clients to ensure successful booking and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data entry).

• Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for customer outreach.
