Sales Counsellor

We are hiring a Sales Counselor for our office in Okhla, Phase 1, Delhi. This is a full-time role where you will engage with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, provide detailed information about our products/services, follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and ensure post-sales support for client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills in Hindi and English, and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. You will work Monday to Sunday with one rotational off between Wednesday and Saturday.
