Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database.

• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales.

• Maintain daily/weekly call logs and report progress to the Sales Team Lead.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English, and regional language preferred).

• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
