EXPERIENCE – Minimum 6 months in Telesales and Customer Support (Should be from any BPO sector)
SHIFT – Rotational Night (24/7)
SALARY – 4 to 4.5 LPA maximum

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Roles
Sales Role
Contact potential customers (via chats or outbound calls or inbound leads) to sell domain names, hosting, and related services.
Promote premium domain names and upsell add-ons like hosting, SSL, business email, website builders.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Customer Education
Explain what domains are, why they are important for online presence.
Educate customers about brand value of owning the right domain (e.g., travelindia.com vs. long complicated names).
Advise clients on choosing the best domain extensions (.com, .in, .net, etc.) for their business.
Lead Management
Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential leads.
Maintain CRM records of calls, leads, and sales progress.
Customer Relationship
Handle objections and answer queries professionally.
Build long-term trust with customers so they come back for renewals or other services.
Provide after-sales support (renewals, transfers, DNS setup guidance).
Market Research
Stay updated about domain trends (new TLD launches, premium domain demand).
Identify industries or small businesses that may need domain names.
Collaboration
Work with marketing and product teams to promote special offers.
Share customer feedback with management to improve sales strategies.
✅ Key Responsibilities (Daily Tasks)
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell domains & digital products.
Maintain call scripts but also adapt pitch based on customer needs.
Negotiate domain pricing (especially for premium domains).
Process orders, payments, and domain transfers.
Follow up on renewals and expired domains.
Report daily sales numbers and progress to the manager.
✅ Skills Needed
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of domains, hosting, and DNS.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
Sales-driven mindset (target-oriented).
