We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to handle daily FIT (Free Individual Traveler) tour inquiries, explain our custom tour packages, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to daily FIT travel inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Explain detailed tour package itineraries, pricing, and services to potential clients.
Customize and share quotations as per guest requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Coordinate with operations team for availability and smooth execution.
Maintain records of leads, responses, and bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets through inquiry follow-ups and upselling.
Requirements:
Experience in travel sales, especially FIT or customized packages.
Strong communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Good knowledge of Indian travel destinations and routes.
Comfortable with emails, CRM tools, and WhatsApp-based communication.
Self-driven, punctual, and committed to customer satisfaction.
