We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator (Telesales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer communication, coordinating with the field sales team, and supporting overall sales operations.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, and distributors.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate product details.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and order status.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate with the external sales team for smooth execution.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Graduate in any discipline .
1 to 4+ years of experience in telesales/inside sales (solar/renewable energy preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
