We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to bring their B2B Sales expertise to our team at Shreeji Techno Innovations Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, Kubadthal. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, meetings, and customer communications.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials and information.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, email campaigns, and promotional events.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 0 - 2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
