Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or sales coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on leads provided by the marketing or online platforms.
Explain product/service offerings clearly to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.
Convert leads into confirmed sales through continuous engagement.
Coordinate with the internal sales team and support them in closing deals.
Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversion rates.
