We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to support our sales team and enhance the efficiency of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–4 years of experience in sales or a similar role and should be comfortable with both internal coordination and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and coordination.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.

• Maintain and update sales records, documentation, and reports.

• Coordinate with other departments (such as logistics, accounts, and production) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow-ups for payments.

• Track sales targets and report on performance.

• Support marketing efforts including handling leads and database management.

• Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
