A Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team by managing documentation, coordinating with customers, handling internal communication, and ensuring smooth order processing. This role is ideal for freshers with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Assist in receiving customer purchase orders via email/phone.
Prepare sales orders and coordinate with the production team for order processing.
Track order status and update customers on dispatch schedules.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details, delivery timelines, pricing, and invoices.
Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure timely payments and order confirmations.
Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and required supporting documents.
Maintain customer data, sales records, and documentation in Excel/ERP systems.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth order flow.
Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to relevant departments.
Assist Sales Executives/Managers in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Support in preparing presentations and basic marketing materials when required.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BA / BE / Diploma etc.).
Fresher with basic understanding of sales processes preferred.
