Job Purpose:
The Digital Relationship Manager for Home Loans will be responsible for telecalling and identifying Home Loan qualified leads and forward them to respective teams for further process. He/She should be well versed in local language, English and basic Hindi to communicate with clients. They have to properly guide the customer as per requirement regarding loan process and banking documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Calling: Reaching out to potential customers via calling ( inbound and outbound ) to generate qualified leads of customers looking for HL/LAP actively.
● Identifying customer requirements and accordingly providing correct information regarding processes or banks/NBFC’s.
● Analysing The Lead: Analysing the documents and requirements of the customer,Managing customer information, documentation in the database for further processing.
● Providing Product Knowledge: Clearly explaining loan features, repayment terms, features, benefits and eligibility criteria to customers.
● Transfer of Lead: Align the Qualified lead to the sales team for further process.
● Follow Up: Follow up with the sales team to close the case and stay in touch with the customer during the process.
