Job Title: Sales Executive (Inside)
Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore
Position Type: Fulltime
Salary Range: CTC of 4,56,072 LPA (2,76,072 lacs fixed + 1.80 lacs variable, few employees are able to earn even 25,000 as monthly variable)

Sales Executive - Role and Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities and prospects.
Build relationships, recommend solutions, and close sales.
Make outbound calls using lead generation and secondary data.
Follow up on older and new leads daily.
Ensure quality service by adhering to company standards.
Be energetic, well-spoken, and focused on closing deals and generating revenue
Qualification / Education and Requirements:
Education: Any Undergraduate or Post Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Languages: English(Mandatory),Kannada,Tamil,Telugu (optional).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Flexible for a 9-hour shift between 10 AM - 7 PM.
Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday off.
