Recovery Manager

We are looking for an Credit Controller to join our team at at Daya Laminates Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

• Evaluate new and existing customers’ creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, payment history, and credit reports.

• Set and review customer credit limits in line with company policy.

• Prepare and send reminders, statements, and follow-ups for overdue accounts.

• Liaise with sales and operations teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure smooth collections.

• Negotiate repayment plans with customers where necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.

• Prepare regular reports on debtor balances, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasts.

• Escalate high-risk accounts and recommend legal action where appropriate.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
