We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Handle inquiries from prospective clients and convert them into sales.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.
Negotiate terms and close property deals in alignment with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
