Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Telecaller/ Lead Generation Specialist to join our real estate team. The primary responsibilities include coordinating client meetings with the sales team, following up on every lead, and ensuring successful closure of leads and bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date lead data to streamline operations and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1Client Meeting Coordination
· source and connect with prospective clients using databases like MagicBricks, 99acres, Meta add and other online property portal
· Schedule and confirm client meetings with the sales team based on lead preferences and availability.
· Ensure that all client requirements are effectively communicated to the sales team before the meeting.
2. Lead Follow-Up and Engagement
· Conduct regular follow-ups on each lead to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
· Address client queries and concerns promptly to build trust and enhance their experience.
3. Focus on Lead Closure and Bookings
· Persuade potential clients to finalize decisions and secure property bookings.
· Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead conversion and booking targets.
4. Data Management
· Maintain a well-organized and updated database of all leads, including details of interactions, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
· Use CRM tools to track the progress of leads and ensure timely action on pending tasks.
5. Performance Reporting
· Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on lead status, follow-up activities, and closures.
· Highlight any challenges in the lead conversion process and suggest solutions to improve outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
· High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
· 1–2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for data management and reporting.
· Fluency in insert loca/regional languages and English.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
