• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

  🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience (real estate preferred)

  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and telephone etiquette

  • High level of energy, confidence, and self-motivation
