Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling luxury properties. This role demands strong leadership, excellent client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive sales of luxury residential properties by developing effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Engagement:
Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) into satisfied customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Market Insights & Business Development:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for luxury properties.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Provide regular feedback to teams on customer needs and market demands.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury property sales.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (MBA or relevant certifications in sales/real estate is a plus).
Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management capabilities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Preferred: Prior experience in the Gurugram real estate market will be advantage.
