In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current Owners to maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential owners over the phone to resales or provide rental/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on the owner's needs to close sales.
Document owner's details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good connections with owners, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have [••1 to 2••] years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in [••Hindi, Marathi,••].
