We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Handle client inquiries and provide property details through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other market activities.
Manage and nurture relationships with prospective clients to close sales.
Provide professional guidance to clients regarding property options, investment benefits, and project details.
Conduct property presentations and site inspections.
Maintain updated knowledge of property market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead follow-ups.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred: Bachelor's in any field)
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp communication
