We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing property information, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Your primary goal is to generate leads and support the sales process

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.

• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location to interested buyers.

• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools or Excel sheets.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle basic queries regarding properties and escalate complex ones to the sales manager.

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential buyers.
