We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Residential Interiors Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact with potential clients, understanding their requirements and assisting them in choosing the best interior solutions for their homes.
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential interiors.
Meet with potential clients to understand their design preferences and space requirements.
Present design solutions and proposals based on client needs.
Assist in creating initial project estimates, quotations, and timelines.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
Provide insights on market trends and client preferences to the design team.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Experience: 1-3 years in pre-sales or sales in the interior design industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of residential interior design trends and materials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and interior design software (preferred but not mandatory).
A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
