Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with accuracy and care.
Interior Design Appointments: Identify customer needs and schedule appointments for those interested in interior design consultations.
Product Knowledge: Understand and explain our services and design solutions clearly.
CRM & Records: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups to confirm appointment status and resolution of any issues.
Feedback Collection: Document customer feedback to help improve our services and experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Additional education or certification in customer service, business, or design is a plus
Prior experience in customer support or scheduling roles preferred
Basic familiarity with CRM software and appointment systems
