Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Chappang Bhog
Makhana products
• Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively over the phone
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Process orders accurately and ensure proper documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate makhana products
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM system
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Sales Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Report sales activities and results to immediate supervisor
• Contribute to team sales goals and company revenue objectives
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all Chappang Bhog Makhana products
• Stay updated on product features, nutritional benefits, and competitive advantages
• Understand market trends in the healthy snacks and makhana industry
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence for product development
