Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Work on company-provided leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, understand their property requirements, and provide project details.
Schedule and confirm site visits with interested clients, coordinating with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer interactions, and site visits in the CRM.
Ensure professional communication and quick follow-up with prospects.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Basic knowledge of real estate, customer service, or telecalling will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills with confidence to handle client queries.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools desirable.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
