The Outbound Sales Agent is responsible for driving enrolment and promoting the music school’s
courses, programs, and services through online platforms. This role involves engaging with potential students and their families, providing detailed information about the school's offerings, and converting inquiries into enrolments. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for music education, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-Up:
o Respond promptly to inquiries from potential students and parents via email, chat, and other digital communication tools. o Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Conversion:
o Conduct virtual consultations to understand the needs and goals of potential
students and recommend appropriate programs. o Provide detailed information about course offerings, tuition fees, schedules, and admission processes. o Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets by effectively converting inquiries
into enrolments.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential students in the CRM system.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families to ensure a positive enrolment experience.
Marketing Support:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns.
o Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements based on customer interactions
o Participate in webinars, virtual open houses, and other online promotional events.
Product Knowledge and Training:
o Stay informed about the music school’s programs, faculty, and success stories to effectively communicate value propositions.
o Attend regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Reporting:
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing activities, progress towards
targets, and market insights.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Music, or related field preferred. o Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or music-related fields.
o Experience with CRM software and online sales platforms.
Skills and Abilities:
o Strong passion for music and music education.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
o Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms. o Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Proficiency in using video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or
Microsoft Teams.
