We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Online Sales Executive to manage and convert online inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and website leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or B2C sales of security and automation products like CCTV cameras, biometric attendance systems, and fire alarm solutions.
Handle and respond to daily online leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, website forms, and other digital sources.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Prepare and share quotations based on client needs.
Coordinate with the technical team for product specs, demos, and site visits when needed.
Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp to close sales.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
