Key Responsibilities:
To generate leads, make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote products or services, and close sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Outbound Calling:
Make cold or warm calls to potential customers using prepared scripts.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, social media, or website inquiries.
Sales & Conversion:
Persuade customers to purchase products/services by clearly explaining features and benefits.
Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle objections, address customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Database & CRM Management:
Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
Market Research & Feedback:
Gather market and customer information to support campaign development.
Share feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve service offerings.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls, conversions, and customer feedback.
Identify trends and suggest improvements in strategy.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Good communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Fluent in relevant languages (local or English, depending on the region)
