We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Loan Telecaller to join our team at Loan Bazaar. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, and guiding them with the right business loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for business loan inquiries.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Generate leads and maintain client relationships.

• Follow up with customers to ensure successful loan processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in loan sales/telecalling/financial services will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).

• Basic knowledge of business loan products.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
