Responsibilities :-
Outreach and promotion: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products, explain features, and generate leads.
Lead generation and qualification: Identify potential customers and qualify them by asking questions to assess their eligibility and need for a Personal loan.
Customer support: Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries about loan products or the application process, and resolve issues promptly.
Sales and targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and sales targets.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and guide prospects through the conversion process.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth loan approval process and share feedback.
Qualifications and skills :-
Education: A high school diploma is often required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales or telecalling role is beneficial, especially in financial services.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Sales skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are necessary to convert leads into customers.
Product knowledge: A good understanding of personal loans and other financial products is crucial.
Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM software and telephony systems is typically required.
Soft skills: The ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude are important.
