Lead Generation Executive (Remote)
SKIL Global Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our remote team. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients within target industries, aligning with SKIL Global's management consulting services.
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to engage prospects.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and pipeline status.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B lead generation, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively.
Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
