Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads to fuel our company's growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our network and contributing to the success of GoRoomGo.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences within the travel and hospitality sector.
Generate leads through various channels including online research, social media, and potentially cold outreach.
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM or similar tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Achieve and exceed targets for lead generation and qualification.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking tools is a plus.
Prior experience in lead generation or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Incentive: ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month on over-achievement of targets.
