The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's most strategic and high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role is a critical link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for all client matters, anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize business growth and client value.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply, marketing, finance, tech) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Prepare and present regular reports on account progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, key account management or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Graduate.
