We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales & Services Executive to promote and sell the Areakart ecosystem to store and restaurant owners across India.
This role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, explaining our tech solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing post-sales support.
Identify and approach potential store and restaurant owners across India
Explain Areakart’s features, benefits, and value for their business
Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales service
Conduct online or in-person product demos
Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain sales records and reports
Experience in IT product sales, SaaS sales, or retail tech solutions preferred
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati or other regional languages are a plus)
Strong understanding of technology and ability to explain it in simple terms
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email)
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
